on-site chair massage for your office
Traditionally, when we work with a company, three days before the scheduled massage day one of our representatives will drop off a sign up sheet for massages with an appointed person. Often this is a receptionist or a Secretary. When our therapist come to your office, you can expect a well trained, courteous, professional person. They will be ready to begin at the scheduled time, and perform their massages in a respectful manner. Often we have had the pleasure to work in a vacant conference room, but we also have set up for massages in break rooms, and in the center of the office work space. It all depends on what the company is comfortable with.
Our massages can be set up to be as little as a 10-minute massage break, or can extend to be up to a 45 minutes mini-vacation. The length of the massages can be defined by the business, or can be left undefined, which allows the employee to chose the length of time they wish to spend in the massage chair. Our basic rate for chair massage is $1 per massage minute. There is no set-up fee for our services. If you would like a special presentation with our massage work, (i.e., water, fruit, chocolates, etc.) These extras can be arranged for, at varying costs. The actual cost of the massage can be paid in full by the business, subsidized, or left to the employee. We have found it works well for everyone if there is an initial massage day, followed by follow-up visits spaced out to every other week. This allows people who are too busy, on vacation, or not ready to receive a massage, to have additional opportunities. When a business pays for the massages, we can either have an open period of time that has been pre-paid for, or a set number of massages that have been funded. When a set number is the route that has been chosen, we prefer to issue "Thank You!" cards which act as gift certificates. This allows for people to use them at their leisure, and creates an opportunity for us to create some feed back for you as to how people are responding to this benefit. If a subsidy is the preferred route, we will track the number of individuals who receive massage from us, from a sign in sheet. From this we can again create some feed back as to how people are responding to this service. This service can be also combined with the pre-paid cards described above. If the business decides to provide the space for the massage, with out financial assistance to the employees, we are still happy to provide statistical information, as to how your staff is using our services. Massage is a wonderful way to break up the workweek. It is a benefit which is enjoyed by all that chose to receive it, and it's benefits are felt by the recipient, their coworkers, and the business as a whole.
hypnotherapy at your home or office. With this service, a Hypnotherapist will come to you, to work with you one-on-one. Such sessions will be designed for your personal needs, just as a normal session at an office would be. Hypnosis is simply a state of deep mental and physical relaxation. In this state the subconscious easily accepts suggestions and imagery. One goal of hypnosis is to access the subconscious. When we open the subconscious mind, we can then access the root of a problem, recall memories that are not accessible to the conscious mind, and change habits and beliefs.
Hypnosis creates a bridge from the conscious to the subconscious so that we can tap into the tremendous power. In hypnosis your mind is always aware and observing. Not only will you hear everything that is said to you during trance, but you can comment and criticize the process. Your conscious mind is always aware of what you are experiencing. You are always in control of what suggestions you accept, and of what you say. Hypnosis does not act as a “truth serum”. 15 minutes spent in hypnosis equals an hour of deep restful sleep.
